I think New York is the most amazing and magical place to grow up. We never get in a car-we walk everywhere. We have a real community where we see the same people all the time. It’s amazing to live in one of the most dynamic places on earth and have a totally small town experience.

Ben has been daydreaming, lusting, after a camper, similar to the one pictured. Oddly enough we often pass several on the street of the East Village and seeing them inspires visions of traveling simply, adventures, and nights under the stars. This collection of photos and a testimony to the joys of van life and travel will likely only fuel his reveries. I must admit that packing up for a road trip, exploring the country, in one of these sounds okay with me.
